Monitoring
One thing there’s no shortage of in the space right now are companies that monitor customer conversations. In putting together a dynamic list, I reached out to the social media sphere and got the following responses in terms of companies you might want to be aware of and/or consider when you plan your listening strategy and/or commitment to conversation.
Just to be clear, I don’t have any dispositions – favorable or otherwise – to these companies in the slightest. I also fully expect that there are several companies that I’ve either omitted or conversely, some companies on this list that probably should be omitted :).
